Common Problems

JAXP 1.3

ERROR [main] checks.Dom3Check.[] Aug/02 09:49:18 - DOM3 check failing because DOM3 method not found:
    java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: org.w3c.dom.Document.normalizeDocument()

uPortal 2.4.4+ require JAXP 1.3. This version is included in Java 5.0, and JAXP 1.3 can be installed in Java 1.4 environments via endorsed libraries.
