03 Distributed Layout Management

As of version 2.5 there is a new way to push portions of a user's layout to them. It is known as Distributed Layout Management or DLM. It provides a fragment owner the ability to determine what the content layout that is pushed and how much of what is pushed is modifiable by the receiver of that fragment.
