uPortal 2, as a JA-SIG project, ought to have a presence in the JA-SIG Newsletter, which currently is intended to be published monthly. The purpose of this page is to serve as a mother page from which to hang the monthly pages. Those pages in turn are intended for collaborative development of the newsletter language.
