9 AM to 4 PM each day

Developers are encouraged to stay for the remainder of the week (September 13 - 15) for a coding session. A wireless internet connection will be available, but developers will need to bring their own laptops. The purpose of this coding session is to give developers a chance to work together in person on the coding of uPortal 2.x and uPortal 3.

  • Block of rooms will be released on August 20, 2006. Must call before 8/20 to get special rate.
  • Rooms reserved:
    • 25 rooms for Sunday 9/10 and Monday 9/11
    • 10 rooms for Tuesday through Thursday.  9/12-14.
      Note, the hotel is sold out for Friday night .... there is a football game on Saturday!

Meals

A buffet lunch will be provided on Monday and Tuesday. It will feature at least one meat and one vegetarian option.
Morning breaks will be catered all week with coffee, tea, brewed decaf, assorted pastries, and juices.
Afternoon breaks will be catered all week with assorted sodas, bottled waters, cookies, and a specially selected snack item of the day.
If you have any special diatary needs, please contact Jim Helwig as early as possible.

Unfortunately, the myRutgers team will be unable to attend the Fall developer meeting in person. We would like to invite anyone else who is similarly unable to attend in person to join us at the Rutgers campus in Piscataway, NJ to participate in Monday & Tuesday's sessions via video conference.
