No starting point
The landing screen does not give any context and pre-populates the form with a selection the user did not provide.

No page titles or descriptions
The views have no page titles or page descriptions to define the user's place in the world.

No call to action
There is no indication of a call to action - six form buttons and all are homogenous in grouping and emphasis.


Functionality
Delete user uncertain
The Delete This User button does not do what is expected. Instead of deleting the user, it seems to only update the timestamp of the Last password change: field.
