uPortal 3.1 continues with the refactoring initiated for 3.0 and adds new features such as database statistic logging and administrative identity swapper tools.
3.1.0 — h3. Enhancements in 3.1.0 not present in any 3.0.x release
uPortal 3.0 has been refactored to provide for a clear long term uPortal development roadmap. This refactoring includes using Maven 2 for build management, a unified Spring based configuration, data import and export utilities for all data types, and use of Pluto 1.1 for portlet rendering.
uPortal 2.6 is the first version to require JDK 1.5, other features include DLM as the default layout manager, Drag and Drop user preferences option and a DIV & CSS centric skin.
uPortal 2.5 provides robust JSR-168 support, JDK 1.5 support, DLM as a layout manager option and a move to standard APIs for XML and concurrency management.
