The DnDPreferences Theme provides and drag and drop interface for setting preferences in the Aggregated Layouts.

** Login as a student or faculty member at the demo site according to the instructions on the guest page. Click on Layout in the upper right and move tabs, channels and columns.
** Unzip attached zip file, read the installation instructions and deploy.
