Susan will work on making changes on Thursday of conference. We could be flexible on road map but not on licensing. BOF session to generate road map for portlets in incubation. (Susan to submit.)

Other Topics
- What happened to offer of meeting with Cornell resource (Tracy Mitrano) for getting contributor agreements signed? Has not yet happened but Jonathan will arrange.
- Finalize voting procedure - Jonathan was going to propose new straw man. Cris would like guidelines for what steering committee members would vote on vs committers. Could use Apache Action types as basis. Jonathan and Susan make new straw man on call.
- How to move content management portlet work forward? Cris: Use portlet-dev list to recruit resources. Jonathan sees this as key feature needed for uPortal to stay current. Jonathan will send to portlet-dev.
- How to find student programmer? Not worth it right now.
- New candidate = CSyndfeed / RSS portlet? Susan track this? Defer RSS portlet until more clarity on various RSS portlet flavors.
