Steps to begin accepting proposals

  1. Agreement about use of nomenclature
    1. candidate project
    2. contribution to existing project
    3. contribution - no existing project
    4. sandbox
  2. Infrastructure in place to track proposals and facilitate process to emerge from incubation.
    1. committee
    2. infrastructure team, board and steering committees all aware of nomenclature and governance model
