Yale's CWeather Channel
The CWeather Channel displays the weather for any city covered by the NOAA . Additionally, the channel allows the display of a forecast for one city, set by the programmer. The reason the forecast can only be displayed for one city is that the NOAA format for forecasts differs from city to city. So, to change it from the current "NEW HAVEN", the programmer would have to visit the NOAA website and determine how the forecast for his/her default city is formatted.
