Using Internet Explorer, once a channel has been dragged and dropped, it can't be dragged again until the page is reloaded. This bug is due to an incompatibility between jQuery 1.2.3 and the interface.js plugin. Interface.js was only maintained through jQuery version 1.1.2, and we don't expect any resolution to this issue from them, as the interface.js features have been integrated into the new jQuery UI library. We anticipate solving this issue by migrating to Fluid's reorderer widget.
