The WebProxy Portlet is a useful application and it has more features than the channel version.

Several things need to happen for this vision to become reality:
  - (1) There must be a tagged release of WP Portlet, and it must be available in the JA-SIG maven repo
  - (2) This release must be added as a dependency to the uP project in the portlets-overlay pattern
  - (3) One or more CPDs (channel publishing documents) must be created ad added to uP

#1 Issues related to this part are tracked in a different area within JIRA

#3 was done by JHU and will be attached to this JIRA.
