If one uses IE7 as a starting point to uPortal, portlet handles and controls are missing. These seem to work fine under Firefox. This appears to be some type of rendering issue with the style sheets that are associated with the portlets. Just a guess.

It seems that this bug was the result of the icons being set as the background image for an empty div. The divs now have spaces in them and the images seem to show up correctly.
