Import/Export of layouts currently ignores the HIDDEN column on UP_LAYOUT_STRUCT. We need to support it.

The 'hidden' attribute was added for all folder types (root, tab, etc). It will always be present on export, but if missing on import (such as from previously exported documents) it will be defaulted to 'N'.

These enhancements will be included with the initial check in of Import/Export.
