Currently the export generates <group>null</group> entries when an entity references a group that has been deleted. The script should prevent these entries and log a waning message with relevant information.

This issue effects the following types:
  - channel
  - membership
  - permission

Channels that point to orphaned records will export with orphaned references removed.

Memberships & permissions that point to orphaned records will not export (they will be ignored).

These enhancements will be included with the initial check in of Import/Export.
