There is a mark next to the cancel button on the Permission Manager channel. Attached is a screen shot.
It appears to be caused by the styling of the CSS class uportal-channel-title which defines a background image "../navigation/r_corner.gif" in spring_standard.css, and it inadvertently effects the Permissions Manager Channel.
