Using the chrome button to minimize a portlet results it the portlet not rendering at all. Portlets must still be rendered and have their content displayed when in the MINIMIZED WindowState. It is up to the portlet to display content or not.

Added isPortlet attribute to channel element in structure XML. Updated theme XSLs to render output from portlets even when minimized.
