When using PortletPreferences from Portlet API to save user preferences, data are stored in UP_PORTLET_ENTITY_PREFS.
This table explicitly stores FRAGMENT_ID of the Portlet.
Each time we push fragments (for changes), Fragment ID changes and user preferences are lost.
