We'd like to reorganize toro-channels into deployable sub modules for all the channels. The proposed restructuring is something like:

toro-channels
    +common
    +addressbook
    +survey
    +cms
    etc..

Also, all the portlets will be modified/reorganized so they can be independently deployed. The deployment will be performed by a new desktop client installer. The installer can also be run in command line mode.

All channels and portlets have been completed. The installer is currently in a testing phase.

Updated installer to support configuration of ldap sources for person directory and authentication.
