Support static URLs on arbitratrary institutional websites for linking into the portal, into the portlet, to add a bookmark. E.g., the library website could have a "bookmark this" link which when the user follows it opens a new browser window (target=_blank) and prompts the user to pick a folder into which to add the bookmark (or puts it in a default folder and affords the user the opportunity to move it).
