 The JA -SIG has negotiated a special rate of $99 per
night for a single room and $109 for a double room. The above rates
are subject to a 7% Florida State Sales Tax and 3% Occupancy Tax
and $8 per day per room resort fee. In order to confirm a
reservation, you must provide one night's room deposit by check or
major credit card. A credit card will be charged for one night's
deposit upon reservation. Full refund of deposit will be forfeited
unless cancellation is received three (3) days prior to arrival.
Make sure you get a cancellation number or the person's name who
took your cancellation. Guests wishing to avoid an early check-out
fee ($50) should advise the hotel at or before check-in of any
change in planned length of stay.
Group rates will be offered three days before the conference and
three days after the conference. The JA-SIG room block will be held
until November 1, 2001. After that date, rooms will be released
from the block and reservations will be taken based on
availability.

The Hilton Sandestin Beach & Golf Resort is
located within the Sandestin Resort community, a 2,400 acre
