Conference Fees

Please note that participants from JA-SIG Member organizations in good standing receive a $75 discount off the non-member registration fee and $25 off the conference seminars.

JA-SIG conference registration fee includes all conference program materials, admission to all conference sessions, refreshment breaks, reception Sunday evening, light breakfasts each morning, luncheons on Monday and Tuesday, and a Monday evening dinner and reception. Lunch will be provided on Sunday for those that have registered for at least one pre-conference seminar. Lunch will also be included on Wednesday for those registered in a post-conference seminar.

Online Registration

Please fill out one registration form for each attendee. You must use the email address of the actual attendee in order for the registration to be processed correctly. You will receive an email confirmation letter at the end of the process.


Payment & Cancellation Policies
Payment for the full amount of registration fee must be made prior to or on the first day of the conference.

Payment may be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Diners Club). If you do not want to submit your credit card number over the Internet but still want to pay for the conference by credit card, complete the registration form online and then call us with your credit card number. Please note that your credit card statement will reflect that your JA-SIG conference registration fee has been charged by CONCENTRA-CMS, JA-SIG's Conference Management Company.

If you wish to pay with a purchase order, please select the "pay by check" option and then type the PO number in the "comments" box. If you prefer to pay by check, please mail a check payable to "JA-SIG" to:

To qualify for the early registration fee, we must receive your registration form and payment no later than May 20th, 2007. All registrations received after that date will be processed at the $500 registration fee.

All cancellations received on or before the cut off date of May 20th are eligible for a full refund of fees paid, less a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations received between May 20th and June 21th are eligible for a 50% refund of fees paid. Absolutely no refunds will be issued after the start of the conference on June 24th.
