Hotel Rates: JA-SIG has negotiated a special rate of $149 USD per night plus applicable taxes, currently 14.85%. The hotel provides complimentary high-speed Internet access throughout the property.

Air and Ground Transportation
|
|
Denver International Airport (DEN) is located 17 miles east of the Renaissance Denver Hotel. The airport is serviced by more than a dozen major airlines including American, British Airways, Continental, Delta, Frontier, Northwest, Southwest, United and US Airways.
Complimentary shuttle service is available from Denver International Airport to the Renaissance. Shuttles marked with “Radisson / Renaissance” run every 30 minutes, on the hour and ½ hour, 24 hours a day. Shuttles can be found on the third island outside door 506 on the West side of the airport and outside door 511 on the East side.
Taxicab rides cost approximately $30 USD.

If you have any type of special need, such as a physical disability or dietary requirements, please indicate your need in the ADA Requirements area on the registration form. All meals at the conference will include vegetarian selections.

Area Attractions
|
|
The Renaissance is located across the street from the new Stapleton redevelopment area with plenty of shopping and dining available. The hotel less than a mile from the new Northfield Stapleton shopping district, home to several large department stores, over 50 specialty shops and restaurants and a 16 theatre movie complex. The Renaissance provides on-demand shuttle service to these areas.
Within ten minutes, attendees can explore the downtown Denver attractions ranging from the Pavilions Mall, Larimer Square and LoDo – all offering brewpubs, nightclubs, restaurant and retail options.
