| Payment for the full amount of
registration fee must be made prior to or on the first day of the
conference.
Payment may be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American
Express, or Diners Club). If you do not want to submit your credit
card number over the Internet but still want to pay for the
conference by credit card, complete the registration form online
and then
call us with your credit card number. Please note that your
credit card statement will reflect that your JA-SIG conference
registration fee has been charged by CONCENTRA-CMS, JA-SIG's
Conference Management Company.
If you wish to pay with a purchase order, please select the
"pay by check" option and then type the PO number in the "comments"
box. If you prefer to pay by check, please mail a check payable to
"CONCENTRA-CMS" to:

To qualify for the early registration fee, we must receive your
registration form and payment no later than May 7, 2006. All
registrations received after that date will be processed at the
$425 registration fee.
All cancellations received on or before the cut off date of May 7th are eligible for a full refund of fees paid, less a
$50 cancellation fee. Cancellations received between May 8th
and June 1st are eligible for a 50% refund of fees paid.
Absolutely no refunds will be issued after the start of the
conference on June 1th cut-off date.
