The 2004 JA-SIG summer meeting will return to the beautiful Westin Westminster in Westminster, Colorado, June 20 - 22, 2004.

Rooms and Rates

The Westin Westminster is a four diamond, first-class hotel ideally located halfway between Boulder and downtown Denver. Beautiful High Plaines décor draws upon the warmth and beauty of Colorado. Found in the heart of the city's promenade, the area is highlighted by theatres, restaurants and the Sun Microsystems Ice Centre, the country's largest ice arena.

Offering spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains, accommodations at The Westin Westminster are elegantly appointed for comfort and convenience. Every guest room and suite features Heavenly beds and showers, a refreshment center, in-room safe, large work area, and a dual-line telephone with fax and high-speed Ethernet data ports.

JA-SIG has negotiated a special rate of $119 per night for a single or double occupancy room. This rate is subject to state and local taxes, currently 12.2%. In order to confirm your reservation, you must provide a major credit card. The credit card will only hold the room and will not be charged unless the reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to scheduled check-in. Guests wishing to avoid an early checkout fee of $50 should advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay.

Group rates will be offered three days before and three days after the dates of the conference, based upon availability. The JA-SIG room block will be held until May 11, 2004. After this date, the rooms will be released and reservations will be taken based on availability.

To receive the discounted rate, click here and follow the instructions for making your reservations. (Note: The Meeting Code that appears should be 1668.)

If you prefer to make your room reservations via phone, please call (800)937-8461 (before the cutoff date of May 11th), ask for group reservations and request the group rate for meeting #1668, the "JA-SIG 2004 Summer Meeting."
