Each room features a Sheraton Sweet Sleeper™ Bed, 27"
Color television, Playstation, 2-line phone with dataport access,
and in-room safes that are laptop friendly. Select rooms have high
speed internet access for $9.95 plus tax from time of check-in
until noon the following day. If you wish to have a room with high
speed internet access, please make your request known when you make
your reservation.
NOTE: Wireless access is available in all common areas, including
the areas around the conference rooms. An 802.11b wireless card is
required in order to be able to use the wireless network.
JA-SIG has negotiated a special rate of $145 per night for a
single or double occupancy room. This rate is subject to state and
local taxes, currently 11%. In order to confirm your reservation,
you must provide a major credit card that will be charged for one
night's stay as a deposit at the time of reservation. The deposited
amount will be applied to the final night of the reserved stay. The
deposit is refundable when a 72-hour notice is given and a
cancellation number is obtained.
NOTE: In order to avoid any early check-out fees, you must inform
the hotel at or before check-in that you will be departing early or
a fee of one night's stay plus applicable taxes will be charged to
your credit card.
Group rates will be offered three days before and three days
after the dates of the conference, based upon availability. The
JA-SIG room block will be held until November 6, 2003. After this date,
the rooms will be released and reservations will be taken based on
group availability at group rates.
