JA-SIG has negotiated a special rate of $125 per
night for a single or double occupancy room. This rate is subject
to state and local taxes, currently 11%. A $6 per night per room
resort fee is charged to cover complimentary admission to health
club, complimentary local calls (up to 60 minutes), and late
checkout up to 1:00 p.m. (subject to availability). (Note: The
Resort fee is automatically charged unless you tell them at
check-in you do not want it.) In order to confirm your reservation,
you must provide one room night's deposit by check or major credit
card. A credit card will be charged for one night's deposit upon
reservation. Full refund of deposit will be forfeited unless
cancellation is received five (5) days prior to arrival. Guests
wishing to avoid an early checkout fee of $50 should advise the
hotel at or before check-in of any change in planned length of
stay.
Group rates will be offered three days before and three days
after the dates of the conference. The JA-SIG room block will be
held until November 8, 2002. After this date, the rooms will be
released and reservations will be taken based on availability.
